  1. I started running last September and have just – finally – achieved running 5k without stopping. It has been a real struggle and I often wonder why I bother. I really enjoyed reading your blog about your own struggles with running and immediately felt better about my own. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I don’t feel quite so alone or despairing of my own inadequacies!

  2. Try the c25k programme by coolrunning.com. Its a 9 week walking running programme that should have you running 5k by week 9.
